Walter Copeland - Fit For Business
Committed to losing weight, Walter Copeland found himself in a spin class. Next thing he knew, competing with a friend, he became a spin instructor. Then a kickboxing instructor. He was hooked on feeling great! Several instructor certifications later he found himself working as a manager at a national fitness chain.
From there, he earned multiple degrees in fitness, more certifications and is now a nutritionist, fitness coach and owner of WC Fitness in Philadelphia, PA. It's more than a business for Walter, his members are like family. And, as you'll hear, the love is mutual.
Favorite song: The Way Love Goes by Brian McKnight.
Favorite quote: "Remember the three Ts- Things Take Time." Also, his gym's motto, "Hate me now, love me later."
