Rahbin Shyne is Host and Executive Producer of the distinguished 365 Brothers Podcast. Her unique interviewing style creates an intimate space for conversations that lead to heightened self discovery for the guest and insightful wisdom for listeners.
Shyne’s success as a host and Transformative Listening Coach is built on intensive training in effective communication and team building. Additionally, she's spent many years actively creating compassionate spaces through her books and early work with Compassion Games, International. She’s the author of several titles including 99 Inspiring Quotes by Famous African-Americans; Adventures in Compassion; and creator of BHM Goodness which married acts of compassion to Black History Month. As an advocate for both compassionate actions generally and the power of listening specifically, she’s currently working on a book to advance the positive, powerful difference authentic listening provides.
As for the reason Rahbin chose 365 Brothers? She loves commitments by the numbers. Prior to launching this podcast, she’d completed both a 365 poetry challenge and a 365 doodle challenge. Currently, she’s completed over 80 half-marathons en route to reaching 100 by 2028. “Long-term commitments inspire committed action for me.”
Shyne has worked over 30 years in education at various levels—K-12, community college and university. She earned her BA in Sociology from Stanford University and J.D. at UCLA School of Law.
