It's S. A. Grant's growth mindset on steroids that lead to his current work as a Growth Strategist. He earned degrees in art and web design. Then he went on to work in a host of occupations including as a travel agent, in insurance, investing and more. He combined all the knowledge gained from these various entrepreneurial endeavors into his current work as a Growth Strategist for entrepreneurs.

Recognizing that there's a world full of growth mindset folks who want to learn about personal success from a variety of business bosses, he created his podcast Boss Uncaged. Listen up.
