Shapel Lacy - Roll With It!

Laughter heals the soul. Words heal wounds. Comedian Shapel Lacey knows a thing or two about healing. One of his three anger management counselors changed his world in a single conversation.

In the interview, I attribute the lyrics of De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da to Sting rather than The Police. My bad.

Shapel’s favorite book: Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now.

Shapel’s favorite song: Roll With It by Oasis.
